All orders require prepayment and all sales are final.

We accept payments via CREDIT CARDS (via a secure server). Credit card payments will be billed in Canadian funds, then converted to your country's currency at your credit card's exchange rate. We also accept INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDERS or CASHIERS CHECKS in Canadian or USD currency. We find this site to be very helpful when you need to know the current day's exchange rate. Please be aware of your country's customs fees when importing items into the country.

Average turnaround time on orders is 3 to 4 weeks from the date that payment is received. Also, it is important that our clients understand that since we are a custom manufacturer, delays can happen if large/special orders come in at the same time. Customers are always updated on the status of their order if such a delay occurs.
